📍 Where is La Kaz Mangococo located?
We are located in Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe, at 45 Lotissement Poirier Gissac, about 20 minutes on foot from Bois Jolan Beach and 15 minutes by car from Saint-François.
🏖️ How far is the nearest beach?
Bois Jolan Beach is within walking distance (20 minutes) from La Kaz Mangococo. La Caravelle Beach is about a 10-minute drive away.
🚗 Is it necessary to have a car?
Yes, we highly recommend renting a car to freely explore the island, even though some services and beaches are within walking distance.
🧊 Is there a refrigerator in each Kaz?
Yes, each accommodation has a fully equipped kitchenette, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker.
❄️ Is there air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning is available in each Kaz from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring both comfort and energy efficiency.
🧺 Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes, we provide bath towels, pool towels, and bed linen.
They are changed once a week.
🧼 Can I do laundry during my stay?
Yes, we offer a laundry service at €5 per load (including detergent, fabric softener, and stain remover), with a maximum of 10 kg per wash.
You also have a drying rack and clothespins available in your Kaz.
🏊 Is the pool private?
Some accommodations feature a private whirlpool or jacuzzi (such as La Kaz Zen or La Kaz Cosy).
You also have access to a shared pool in the garden.
🍽️ Do you offer meals or breakfast?
Yes, you can order:

Breakfast: €10 per person

Full meal (shared starter, main course, dessert): €15 per person
Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Meals are delivered directly to your Kaz.
🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive late.
❌ Are pets allowed?
For reasons of comfort and hygiene, we do not accept pets.
🧒 Are children welcome?
Yes! We offer a baby cot and high chair upon request, at no extra charge.
📶 Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, each Kaz is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi.
🛬 Do you offer airport transfer service?
Yes, available upon request at the time of booking (paid service depending on arrival time).
